All Helena's Crown creations are designed & hand crafted by Helena and therefore can be tailor made to suit each customer to compliment the gown, theme and colours of the event. 

                                                         

                                                                  How to go about it

• Simply fill out the details on the form above.

• To facilitate a design, please provide photos if possible of your gown, other accessories and hairstyle where applicable.

• Provide wrist, waist and  foot sizes if relevant.

• Indicate which designs you like in the Helena's Crown collection.

• After confirmation of all details of an order you'll receive a written quotation.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due once the design details have been finalized. This payment secures your place in Helena's custom work schedule.

• A progress report and photos will be sent to you during manufacturing to confirm minor adjustments, if required.

• Upon completion of an order, photos of the article/s will be sent to you for a final preview before the invoice is sent and the order is mailed.

                                                                                  Lead Time.   

​

Usual lead time for an order is one month, but please allow up to 2-3 months for your order to be processed as orders may increase seasonally. Urgent orders (less than a month) may be accommodated, but a R100 urgent-order fee per item will apply.

                                                                Order Delivery Details

 

Your order is couriered and packed in a gift-box, together with care instructions and wrapped in a fabric pouch.

We make use of The Courier Guy delivery services which deliver countrywide.

Pretoria and Johannesburg area are same day or overnight delivery service @ R80.00 up to 1 Kg, and other large cities @ R100. All other destinations will be quoted for.
